Failure to comply will result in legal action by the creator
Students are forbidden to share their login access or course content with non-purchasers. Failure to comply with this rule will result in losing course access without a refund.
Refund Policy
Please do not purchase Diva Dog Bakery if you just want to ‘check it out’. We invest a lot of time and energy into program materials, as well as our students and alumni. Our programs will only work if you follow the modules, lessons and put in the work. We do not believe in a ‘get rich quick’ scheme.
We do not issue refunds based based on ‘buyer’s remorse’, so please only purchase with confidence. We are happy to answer your questions prior to your purchase as well as throughout the course sales pages.
All sales are final as the purchaser will have instant access to all course, product and downloadable material, which cannot be returned.
Affiliates may not join the affiliate program and use their own discount to purchase a product or course. This will result in a zero payout commission, and affiliate will have affiliate access revoked.
Payment Plan
If you fail to make payments in a timely manner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or voluntarily decide to withdraw from the Company’s Programs, Products or Services at any time or for any reason whatsoever other than accordance of the Refund Policy, you will still remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Products and/or Services.
We reserve the right to report non-payment to credit reporting agencies which would result in a negative impact on your credit. Upon signup, all payment plans are automatically charged at the next billing cycle.
Diva Dog Bakery Community Membership Policy
If you would like to cancel your monthly membership, you must notify us via email 48 business hours in advance. We do not respond to text messages, private messages on any social media platform or anywhere else except via email.
It is your responsibility to remember your sign up date to the various communities and your automatic renewal date. It is not our responsibility to notify you in advance that your membership will renew. No refunds will be issued after payment is charged to your account.
We do not tolerate or accept any type of cancellation threat, cancellation of PayPal payment plans or chargeback from your credit card company, including ‘fraudulent charges’.
In the event of a PayPal cancellation on a payment plan or chargeback is placed on a purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all major credit reporting agencies, listed as a delinquent account and you will be promptly removed from all program material and/or membership sites. You will also be removed from any and all courses you have purchased from Diva Dog Bakery until the fraudulent charge is removed and you have paid a $15 reinstatement fee.
Conference
Due to the limited amount of tickets available and planing in advance, there are no refunds for your conference ticket. While we understand life happens, please write to us at [email protected] for instructions on how to resell your ticket in our Diva Dog Bakery Community.
We do not guarantee your ticket will resell. Ticket must be resold at retail price ($495). Final date to resell ticket is 45 days prior to conference.
Description of Services
We make various services available on this site including, but not limited to, articles, courses, online programs, info products, individual and group coaching, consulting, digital downloads, videos and other like products and services. You are responsible for providing, at your own expense, all equipment necessary to use the services, including a computer, modem and internet access (including payment of all fees associated with such access).
We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the site, including any of the site’s features, as well as programs, products, communities, memberships, et all., at any time with or without notice to you. Lifetime access is for the life of a program deemed by PVA Enterprises LLC.
We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.
