First, you’ll need to preheat your oven to 350 F or 177 C.
While the oven is preheating, combine your ingredients. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you reach a smooth, doughy texture. (If the dough is too crumbly, you can add water or skim milk 1 tsp at a time until the right texture is achieved.)
Roll the dough into a 1/2 inch thickness on wax paper or surface sprinkled with light flour.
Use a cookie cutter to form shapes.
Place onto non-stick baking sheet, non stick aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes for soft texture. Cool completely on rack.
