Shelf Life of Treats

All of our treats are baked fresh and have the same general shelf life as “people” baked goods. Products that have a cake-like texture should be refrigerated or stored in an air-tight container. Our peanut butter treats are baked soft as well, and should also be refrigerated or stored in an air-tight container for 1-2 weeks.

If you would like your peanut butter treats hard and crunchy, please specify in the comment section upon check out. These treats have a longer shelf life and can be stored on the counter for 2-3 weeks in an air-tight container.

All of our treats can be frozen and have a shelf life of 3-4 months. Please allow adequate time for thawing before serving to your pet.

Upon checkout, please include your message to your intended recipient in the comment section. Diva Dog Bakery will provide a complimentary, personalized message to the recipient on your behalf.

 

Sales Tax

All orders shipped in the state of Florida will be charged a tax rate of 6.5%

 

Shipping Policy

All of our treats are shipped within 3-5 business days. All packages are shipped priority mail via the USPS. At this time, we cannot ship to a PO Box. Reusable ice packs are included when shipping to warmer climates and in summer months. Need your gift sooner? Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Refund Policy

As all our treats are made to order, Diva Dog Bakery does not accept returns. Diva Dog Bakery stands behind our treats 100% and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately.
